Adding a custom addition to your home can be a stressful experience.  Your existing home is always disrupted to an extent over the course of the project, decisions have to be made, and your family is uprooted from their normal routines.

At CSL Custom Building, we are aware of all of the potentially stressful factors that go with putting on an addition, and before we even break ground, we walk the customer through all of the phases of the project so they know what they are to expect.

The customer receives a detailed schedule of weekly events, and also has the opportunity for weekly progress meetings with the field superintendent assigned to the job.  Organization is a key component in running a successful job, and CSL does its best to make sure that the building process is an enjoyable one for the client.

Below are some examples of CSL Custom Building's recent additions.  Click on the pictures to get a closer view, and watch the transformation:
The addition below was a renovation and expansion of an existing garage loft into a 425 square foot studio apartment.  The apartment was complete with:
1. Stain grade wood moldings and solid core doors.
2. Gas fireplace, cultured brick face, and a custom crafted Spanish Cedar Mantle
3. Washer/dryer hookups
4. Custom designed kitchen from Ethan Allen
5. Unique tile design in bathroom and shower
6. 350 square foot elevated deck
7. Large walk in closet space

This was a breakfast room addition completed in Buckingham, PA by CSL Enterprises, Inc.  The addition also had a full basement to provide another potential storage or living area for the owner.

This addition below provided a slight challenge because the existing house was on a slab, and the new addition called for a full basement.  The new great room provided over 400 more square feet of living space, and some of the amenities included a wood burning fireplace and a Bilco walkout basement door.

What a transformation this addition below provided!  The homeowners wanted to update and expand their master bathroom, and provide a huge walk in closet over the garage. The bathroom featured granite counter tops, tile floors, and a custom wet bed tile shower that was a huge hit with the clients.

The project below was an addition including a new master bedroom suite and master bathroom.  The entire interior of the second floor was re-configured to allow the customers more room for their children's rooms, plus a whole new world for themselves.  Tile in the bathroom, a soaking tub, neo-angle shower, and stain grade molding were a few of the upgrades in this project.
This is a recently completed 950 square foot in-law suite with a full basement.  This addition featured cathedral ceilings, full kitchen, gas stove, central air, and a tiled shower.  This addition was completed in less than three months!

The project below was a 440 square foot addition that became a great room with a powder room.  With vaulted ceilings, tons of light, tile floors, and a beautifully crafted paver walkway, this customer was thrilled with the final result!
