"We got prices from four contractors, but a proposal from CSL. The level of detail in the proposal was excellent and was a major factor in selecting CSL for our addition. When Chris tells you that the price quoted is the price you'll pay, believe him. In major projects there will always be changes and CSL was very flexible and very fair during the whole process.
