The slide show below these pictures are the final product, and a house that these owners are truly proud of! The house features over 3,000 square feet, and notice the custom woodworking and the stairs that are the focal point of the home.

This house is a spectacular 5 bedroom custom lakefront with upgrades galore with a finished square footage of 4,800 sq.feet. The entire house has random width pine floors, stain grade moldings, an elevator, 2 stone gas fireplaces, and a finished walkout basement. The kitchen has granite with custom cabinets and an island.

We broke ground on this 2700 square foot home in Lake Harmony, PA at the end of August. This house also features the following amenities:
1. Six bedrooms
2. Three full bathrooms
3. Two gas fireplaces with stone mantle
4. Exterior stone work

The house was completed and was ready for occupancy on January 9th, giving a turn around time of four and a half months for completion.

This is another custom home built by Christopher. This house features six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house is similar in design to the house shown above, with the exception of an additional sunroom off the side. The house also features a see through fireplace, stain grade moldings, and an additional fireplace in the basement game room.
