This project below was a monster of an outdoor job! This included a two story, two tier composite deck with masonry pillars covered in stone veneer. A complicated but beautiful hip roof was designed by CSL and constructed for a great escape from the hot sun. A stone veneer exterior on the entire facade of the masonry structure was also highlighted by bluestone capped steps and wrought iron railing systems.

This is a recently completed outdoor project which included an EP Henry patio and walkway leading to a custom built cedar shade arbor. The arbor had fiberglass structural columns, a low voltage lighting package, and the style of stone was the Devonshire collection.

The project above is a stunning before and after! The customers wanted an updated porch to enjoy, so CSL removed the existing structure and rebuilt a screened in porch with the Screentight screening system, Azek composite trim, and pine tongue and groove finish along the half walls. The ceiling was a vinyl solid soffit material with a ceiling fan.

Below was a Timbertech composite deck constructed with a cedar arbor and trellis. The color and style of the Timbertech was twin finish planks and railings in the grey tone.

This was a flagstone patio with a built in grill and masonry walls. The added effect was the arbor that was constructed from fiberglass structural columns and capped and finished in Azek composite trim boards. This is truly now maintenance free for the customer!
